# Debug Session: penerimaan-sync-zero-update

## Problem Description
User reports that synchronization shows "Total diproses: 3439" but "Insert: 0, Update: 0, Skip: 0". This means data is fetched but not resulting in any database changes for May 2026.

## Hypotheses
1. **Date Parsing Error**: `waktutransaksi` format mismatch causes dates to be parsed as < May 2026, leading to them being skipped in aggregation.
2. **Aggregation Key Logic**: The grouping key in `aggregateRowsByMonthUnitBiller` doesn't match the `existingQuery` filter in the main loop.
3. **Missing Dependencies**: `resolveDebitAccountForKeyval1` or `Unit` lookup returns null, triggering `continue`.
4. **Existing Data Match**: `existingQuery` finds existing transactions and nominal is identical, or update logic has a flaw.
